Ordinance No. 55, Wastewater Collection System, Grease and Oil Control

Food Preparation and Serving Facilities – to aid in the prevention of sanitary sewer blockages and obstructions from contributions and accumulation of fats, oils, and greases into the sanitary sewer system from industrial or commercial establishments.

Ordinance No. 58, Private Sewer Lateral Replacement Program

This ordinance is a tool to mitigate the potential for harmful discharges of untreated wastewater into the environment through leaking or unsound sewer laterals which in turn provides protection for the sewer collection system from inflow and infiltration.
